Welcome to our first Purple Partner, SR Cloud Solutions. We caught up with Director, Jamie, who gave us insight into the business and how he sees the Purple Partnership with us developing…

1. Hi Jamie, tell us a little bit about yourself and the company

I enjoy spending time with my Wife and 4yr & 16 year old daughters at the weekends, we take them swimming, playing pool and the arcade machines near our home. I also enjoy watching football and motorsports.

SR Cloud Solutions was setup in 2016 as a cloud focused business, since inception we have grown organically and work with clients in numerous sectors including, Defence, Finance, Legal, Government sectors including NHS, Retail, Business Property and many more. We also support a local charity with its IT services who are located close to our Watford office.

2. What does SR Cloud Solutions do better than the competition?

The co-founders of SR have worked in IT for a combined 40+ years in a majority of roles and sectors, this ranges from Public health services to Pharmaceutical organisations and Managed Service Providers.

This gave us a good insight into IT management and Infrastructure services using best of breed technology. We use this knowledge to provide our customers with very high levels of service, and are an IT partner that has the know-how and skills to meet our customers’ requirements. We are fortunate as a business to still be working with a number of our initial clients.

3. How do you see the Purple Partnership with Purple Crane developing?

Our business offerings complement each other’s services we provide to our clients, between both businesses we can provide our clients with a complete service wrap from two specialist partners.

4. What would a typical project you would collaborate on with us look like?

SR Cloud Solutions have the ability to build secure infrastructures in Microsoft Azure and AWS, couple this with Purple Crane’s software development skills, custom software applications, mobile and web apps, and websites to solve business problems, between us we are able to provide clients with complete end to end solutions.

If I could have picked a career as a kid it would have been a footballer or racing driver, guess I’ll just have to make do with IT
